About Me
It is an honor to serve the residents of Nevada and Minnesota. I am a 20-year member of the Minnesota, Arizona and Nevada healthcare communities. For the last 10 years, I have practiced psychiatry in a busy multi-disciplinary community mental health center. I am also a devoted academic in higher education. My educational training includes dual certifcation in psychiatry and adult-gero primary care. While exercise, adequate sleep, and nutrition are fundamental to health and well-being, many individuals benefit from regular therapy and medication management. I believe in building a trusting relationship, and together we will walk the journey to create a healthy mind and harmonious spirit.
